30-DAY RISK-FREE BIKE RETURNS
To ensure your total satisfaction and to make sure you love your new bike, we offer a 30-day risk-free bike return policy. We’re riders just like you, so we understand it takes time to make sure your new bike is exactly what you want. We encourage you to take a spin on a dry day to get a feel for your new bike. If needed, you may have the option to return your bike within 30 days of delivery for full store credit.
New bikes in undamaged, original and clean condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full store credit or exchange.
Returned bikes with obvious signs of being ridden but in otherwise undamaged condition may also be accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date for exchange or store credit minus a minimum 5% restocking fee. *
Should you want to upgrade to a higher-priced model, you may return a bike within 30-days and apply the refund amount to the purchase of the higher-priced model.
NEW BIKES IN UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL CONDITION
Upon return and inspection by our technicians, bikes deemed to be clean, undamaged and in their original condition may be eligible for full store credit. Bikes must be returned in their original packaging and in the original condition in which they were received. The rider is responsible for all return shipping costs.
USED BIKES IN UNDAMAGED CONDITION
We understand that you may want to take your bike out on your local loop or trail, and that’s okay. We also offer returns on used bikes in undamaged condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
Upon return and inspection by our technicians, bikes deemed to be used but otherwise undamaged may be eligible for exchange or store credit with a minimum 5% restocking fee. *
You may alternatively upgrade to a higher-priced bike by simply paying the difference in price between the two models.
Bikes returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear (examples of “normal” wear and tear include minor scratches, swirl marks, dirt on the tires, etc.) are not eligible for return. The rider is responsible for all return shipping costs for any bike returned.
USED BIKES IN DAMAGED CONDITION
Damaged bikes are ineligible for return or exchange under our 30-day risk-free bike return policy.
However, bikes damaged within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for our Accidental Damage Plan. Bikes damaged due to poor return packaging are also ineligible for return or exchange. All bikes must be received in their original packaging under our 30-day risk-free bike return policy.
*Minimum 5% restocking fee on all used bikes. Bikes with excessive wear may be assessed more than a 5% restocking fee or may be rejected for return under this policy.
ACCESSORIES
All accessories may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund to the original payment method. Proof of purchase is required. All accessories must be returned in like-new condition in original packaging with any associated decals, stickers and tags still intact.
